Led by Dr Jodie Doyle, Osteopath, this program combines specialist women’s health, core, and pelvic floor training through the Test. Treat. Train. method.
You’ll receive a self-paced suggested 6-week pathway, app access, an assessment workbook, gamified badges and checkpoints, messenger support with Dr Jodie Doyle and coach Neville Kenwright, and a personalised program you can complete at home or in-gym.
